Capisco che Bortolotti dica “noi” quando parla della Provincia. Come lui stesso afferma, in Provincia ci ha lavorato per una vita e probabilmente con la Provincia continua a identificarsi, anche se è in pensione da poche settimane. Quel che mi meraviglia è il fatto che, a differenza della stragrande maggioranza dei nostri concittadini, Bortolotti dica “loro” quando parla di Comune.
In tutti gli interventi di questi ultimi tempi mi è sembrato di sentire in Bortolotti un forte pregiudizio anticomunale. Perfettamente legittimo se si parla di iniziative politiche, del tutto ingiustificato e inopportuno invece quando Bortolotti fa riferimento all’istituzione, alla “macchina” (da “rinnovare”, "More effective" and "transparent", as reiterated on several occasions), employers. If there is a feeling that it is just absolutely fed the rivalry between institutions, claims like "we're better than them," or "When I arrive, I will bear all things."
That said, I just want to say that our perception is different from that of Bortolotti. In recent years, the council and the mayor have always put first the dialogue with citizens. Do not just say that our offices, and natural course, are always open for those who have a problem to solve. I also say that all the Government has always emerged on the territory, si trattasse di illustrare il funzionamento della raccolta rifiuti “porta a porta” o di visitare i dormitori invernali o di risolvere i problemi di una frazione come Spini. In tutte queste occasioni non ci siamo mai sentiti “loro”. Ci siamo sentiti una città. Non voglio citare l’ennesima indagine (che comunque esiste, l’ha fatta il Sole 24 ore) a favore della mia tesi. Invito invece Bortolotti a vedere le testimonianze registrate nel Carrozzone parcheggiato in piazza Battisti qualche estate fa: il “film” è una lunga dichiarazione d’amore a Trento, in cui non solo i trentini, ma anche gli immigrati comunicano senza imbarazzo i propri sentimenti di appartenenza ai luoghi e alla comunità. Non credo an administration that is distant or hostile would be able to raise such an expression of affection.
