Melissa I am 29 years old and live in the province of Messina.
I write mostly because I admire your dedication to the causes for
animals and because I know how to help you keep pets and
people who are like me in need.
Let me explain my situation: unfortunately I'm unemployed and my parents retired
. My two dogs have needed and still need, who
more or less care, visits, periodic inspection, and unfortunately I can nn
meet all costs because I do not have the ability to economically support them
, since the costs of such visits and such care have.
Please help me find a solution because I do not really know who
address. I do not know the existence of subsidies or grants for owners
