Serve molta immaginazione per attribuire imprecisati sprechi a una giunta che ha limitato al minimo le consulenze (nel 2008 ammontano a 130 mila euro, 250 mila in meno rispetto all’anno precedente) e che ha bloccato il turn over riducendo il personale comunale di un centinaio di unità. E ci vuole una buona dose di fantasia anche a dare del cementificatore a chi, in veste di assessore all’urbanistica, ha eliminato con la variante della collina la bellezza di 500 mila metri cubi. Se io mi merito questo titolo, come definiremo chi sta lavorando a un provvedimento che, da Sondrio a Ragusa, consentirà di ampliare del 20 per cento le abitazioni anche in deroga agli strumenti urbanistici?
Non ho mai pensato che la campagna elettorale sia uno scambio di cortesi convenevoli. E’ normale, qualche volta, alzare la voce, ma non per dire cose che deformano la realtà e che fanno torto sia all’intelligenza dei cittadini sia all’impegno di chi, in questi anni, worked in the municipal offices with dedication and professionalism. I gladly accept criticism, but only if substantiated, if you do not need to raise a fuss, which, I believe, lies a disturbing void of ideas.
